More Fun with Designer One
This is a sneak preview of what you’ll see in my winter 2005 article for INKnitters. I have been planning and working on this article in the background for months, and it is finally starting to come together. It’s going to be even better than I thought!
The photo shows machine embroidery and decorative stitching, courtesy of the Husqvarna Viking Designer I. The font style is named Kalligraphia, and it comes with the embroidery package. The background is Lutradur (a registered trademark of Freudenberg Nonwovens), which I read about in Cloth Paper Scissors magazine. I painted it with Pebeo Setacolor. The thread is Coats Egyptian Cotton Machine Quilting and Craft thread.
